The situation in the country is changing from moment to moment and is critical in Tripoli, The capital. this email was sent shortly before midnight, Philippine time:
They are now bombing tTipoli. X, our other nurse, is in Tripoli hiding in the staff house, which he says trembles when the bombs fall. Thanks for all the prayers.GOD BLESS.

Last year was another remarkable year for all of us who continuously support the work for social justice and children's rights. Even at the end of the year, the work was endless in helping the impoverished children and families. Christmas parties and relief operations were organized and conducted even among the remote communities of the indigenous people of Zambales, Philippines.
What does the youth have to say?

I would like to look more on the positive side of his statements, rather than dissect, probe and focus on what is negative. I mean, the fact that he made his stand, it is already an encouragement that our youth of today is heading towards the direction the Church wants them to take. Imagine the millions, even billions of youth looking up to him and listening to what he has to say...

Mrs Thelma Gore RIP and Miss Juanita
Submitted by FatherSean on Mon, 02/14/2011 - 15:59.Please pray for the soul of Mrs Thelma Gore who died in Western Australia on Friday night. She was the mother of Columban Father Brian Gore. Her funeral will take place this coming Friday.
