Love is something if we will give it away...

I have taken those lines from the March-April 2010 issue of Peace by Peace. Certainly, every life counts.  The United Nations estimated the Earth's human population to be  6,800,000,000 in 2009. There are so many people around the world yet every one is uniquely created by God. We have different stories, we live in different kinds of environment, we are taking different roads. Yet whether what race and continent we are in, we are all living in the same world. We all have the same root. We came from God and so we must love and value one another. We should affect each others life positively. We should give love as we all deserve to receive love. This reminds me of an old song we used to sing back in our pre-school days, "love is something if you give it away..." It says in there, that love is something if we will give it away, "...you've got to give it away, give it away and you'll end up having more...Love is like a lucky penny. Hold it tight and you won't have any. But, give it away and you'll have plenty..." 

It will really make a lot of difference to the world everytime a single person achieves the highest kind of love, the love that is unconditional and aims for goodness, the love that is sacrificial as given to us by Jesus. So, let's continue giving away love because love is something if we will give it away, and if we do, we will receive more love...
