holy rosary

Is it okay to stop my rosary in the middle and then just continue with it later? Last night I was praying the rosary but I started dozing off. So I stopped, busied myself with some paperwork, and then went back to my rosary. As a child my Lola told me the rosary, once halted, loses its meaning.

The grace continues...
I personally believe that no prayer is wasted no matter how short the time spent to it as long as it is done with all sincerity. While praying your rosary every bead could mean a lot; just come to think of every soul it could save! God knows your intention and what was within your heart. The grace of the prayer was never forfeited. But it surely helps if you finish it during your prayer time without disturbance.
May God grant you the grace as you continue to pray your rosary, because you're one of the few who opted to stay faithful in praying it. The world needs your prayer.
Thanks and God bless us all!

Just Like a Rose...
Our prayers when we say the Rosary are like Roses we offer to the Blessed Mother. I believe none of the roses we give loses its meaning. We may not be able to give an entire bouquet but each flower is as meaningful as the others in the bunch as long as it is heartily given...
