thanks for making a difference..

I remember one of the articles that was published years ago by MISYON magazine. The story was about a little kid who was fond to threw starfish back into the seawater, and the guy watching him was wondering. The guy asked and said, " why? It doesn't make any difference." The kid threw the starfish and said, "that will make a difference to that one.."

I realized that even a simple act can make a difference to a starfish life. Then I thought of MISYON. Di ko alam kung pano ipapaliwanag, kung pano sasabihin, ng dahil sa MISYON nakayanan ko ang buhay na meron ako last year. My family didn't even know how hard my life during those times, how hard to be left alone, only MISYON knew. Pehaps, I didn't had the courage to tell them enough to keep it inside me. But because of MISYOn and the people behind it who showed kindness, love, understanding, and made me feel "hey, I'm not alone!", that's why I had overcomed those. Siguro pag nabasa to ng pamilya ko, they would be so thankful that there is a certain group of people who always there to help and guide me, as well as to those people who is in need, and MISYON who touches lives.

I was like a starfish, thrown by MISYON back to the real world, not because to be wasted, but because to face life's circumstances with hopes, and to realized that only human beings had the nature to let go but never GOD.

Thank you for making a difference into my life, MISYOn.
