A martyr for the seal of confession?

I have just posted an article about Columban Father Francis Vernon Douglas, killed by the Japanese 66 years ago today during World War II, on our blog, The Pilgrims' Inn. This great priest's life and death is truly inspiring. Among all the Columbans who have died violently, I don't know of any whose sufferings so closely resembled those of Jesus himself.
