Homily at funeral of Columban Father Willie Spicer

A week ago Columban Father Willie Spicer was buried in Ireland. His death at the age of 59 was very sudden. Father Michael Scully, a Columban who worked with Father Willie in Japan, gave a homily which highlights the sacredness of our vocation, the sacredness of friendship and the sacredness of the mission of the priest to brign the hope of the Resurrection into the lives of people.
